
You can save your client information in separate accounts.
By hovering over the Clients menu button, a list of Favorite Clients pops
up. Clicking on a client takes you to the General Information Screen.
Clients can also be hidden from the favorite clients. Clicking directly on the
Clients button allows you to see all your clients and control whether they show up in the favorite clients
lists or not.
Clicking a client from the pop-up list also makes that client the active
client. Subsequent actions in SurePath, like Execution or viewing a Bond List, will be performed
using that client. A status bar at the bottom of the screen shows which client is active. Clicking
on another client from the Favorite Client List makes that client active.
The General Information Screen provides basic information for the client. It
also allows access to other screens, so the user can manage client Subsidiaries and Principals, Liability,
the client's Program, User Access, Subscriptions (for email notification of specific
activity within the account), Folders (to attach Internet links and documents), Favorite Forms
for the client, and the Client's Billing Carriers.
