Contacting Support

 

Technical Support is a basic part of the SurePath Network.  In other words, it's free and unlimited, under our Enterprise License Plan.

  

IVT employs a Support Team to answer your questions, twelve hours a day during the week.  The team includes surety professionals and technical specialists, including a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer.

 

There are two main ways you can access Technical Support. 

On-line - By logging on to SurePath, you can click the Support button to get to on-line user manuals, technical FAQs, tips and tricks, and downloads.
