And, best of all, each time we enhance SurePath there is no download or installation involved.  Like all upgrades, these features automatically take effect, thanks to our new, streamlined, web-based distribution system.

Ease of Use

Web-based User Interface. SurePath requires Internet Explorer 5.5 or greater. Client access also supports Netscape 6.0.
Diary.  The SurePath "To Do List" includes information on the number of requests, bid bonds, recently closed bonds, recently cancelled bonds, and bonds due to renew.  It also includes links to view lists of these bonds.
Easy access to the tools you need.  It's easy to access the Bond Form Library, Reports, your clients' information, and your agency information.
'Shared' processing programs. Users define processing characteristics which can be shared across multiple client accounts. For example, a Notary or Court Bond program, could use the same rating and other configuration information for many different clients.
'Shared' premium and commission rates.  The user shares premium and commission rates across processing programs. This allows you to define a shared rate group, such as 'National Fire Insurance Company of Hartford Standard Rates' which can be used across multiple programs or accounts.

Administration

Integrated administrative tools:  Agencies administer their agency carrier relationships, users, and site configuration themselves.  Tools for InSure Vision support staff to interact with your data means that you receive a quick response to your support issues.
Users view/edit their own contact information: Change your email address, password or other contact information.
Multi-site support: Agencies can assign different sites for each office.
Powers of Attorney: Track (grant, claim, or deny) electronic Powers of Attorney by user or carrier.
Notification function.  Receive notification of specific events on specific accounts.  Configurable on an account-by-account basis.
Assign Account Security Permissions. Administrators can assign users permission to view all agency accounts and/or view all site accounts.

Bond Execution

Enter client information "on the fly" during execution: This means that a user with no accounts in SurePath can be immediately productive.
Define processing rules dynamically during execution: Choose to define and adjust processing rules during the bond execution process.
Override rates on a per bond basis:  Manually enter rates on a bond by bond basis.
Manually override Bond Number entry:  Automatically assign a bond number from a pool of numbers you've loaded, or  manually override the selection and type in another number.
Co-surety processing support: Process co-surety bonds in a single bond list.
Electronic Signatures and Digital Certificates:  Agents and clients can electronically sign a bond form using an electronic tablet from Topaz Systems, Inc.  Attach a digital certificate from Verisign or similar certifying authority to a bond form. Click here to learn more about digital signatures.
Bid Results Tracking:  Track bid results from different customers to better manage risk.
Edit bond data after Execution:  Change data for one or more bonds and optionally generate rider(s).
Consent of Surety: Attach Consent of Surety form to a bond

Bond Form Library

Bond form access:  Access the bond form library from anywhere within SurePath.
Search the Bond Form Library:.  Search the global bond form library using state, carrier, or free text search (i.e. 'lien' or 'bid' or 'thousand oaks', etc.)
Bond Form Previews:  Preview a bond form from the library to make sure it's the one you need, before filling in the information for execution.
Define / manage a list of standard bond forms for an account:  Create a list of standard bond forms that you use with a particular client.

Reporting

Bond List Report Writer: Create your own bond list reports with totals and subtotals. Export reports to Microsoft Excel. Report layouts can be saved and published for other agency users or client users.
Transaction Reports: Lists renewals, cancellations, riders, and other processing activities.
Outstanding Liability Reports: Clients and agents can view up-to-date outstanding liability reports.
Bond Number Log Reports: Lists available bond numbers.
